Welcome to the Cork Mini-Marathon Web Site - www.corkminimarathon.com - (the "Site") which is operated and controlled by Thomas Crosbie Media Limited (“TCM”), which has its address at 97 South Mall Cork, for and on behalf of Athletics Association of Ireland – Cork Branch (“AAI”). Please review the following rules that govern your use (collectively, "Use") of the Site (the "Agreement"). Entry Fee

Prices quoted on the Site are in Euro. By entering the Cork Mini Marathon via the Site you agree that the €11 entry fee may be debited from your credit/debit card.

If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes or is declared illegal, void or enforceable, such term or provision shall be severable from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed deleted from them.

Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or TCM. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. TCM also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in TCM's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or TCM, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
